Dear clients,
let me inform you about current changes on our network.

Due to enhancement in quality of service we provide you, we have changed our provider of internet connectivity. This change allows us higher quality of our services, above all higher speed of internet connection see below. We are doing our best to minimalize negative impacts against our clients. Unfortunately it will be necessary to change some setting of your internet connection. But the old setting will be valid at least next 6 months.

There are following changes:

1. increase of bandwidth
on 23. December we have upgraded our main router, and we have set up new pricelist and bandwidth. Current price list is here new price list

2. changes in invoicing
since 1.1.2009 we have changed our invoicing system - the only visible change for clients will be in visual appearance of the invoice. Invoices will be still automatically send via email. You will receive first "new" invoice in February

3. new bank account
we are changing our bank account. Current bank account is valid till 31. January. Invoices issued after this date must be paid to our new account (the account number will be specified on the invoice)

4. DNS servers
since 26.12.2008 there are new DNS servers
DNS1: 10.36.0.3
DNS2: 10.36.0.1
please change your DNS to this new

Old DNS servers (10.35.2.129, 10.35.9.129, 10.35.1.1) will be working at least next 6 months.

5. SMTP server
since 26.12.2008 there is a new SMTP server smtp.wifi-net.cz
please change your SMTP server this newone.

By default this is the only one SMTP server allowed on our network. In case you require your own SMTP server especially for laptops, please contact us.

Old SMTP server smtp.ehamnet.cz will be working at least next 6 months.

6. public IP addresses
since 23.12.2008 there are new public IP adresses (77.78.71.xxx) due to change of our new provider of backbone connectivity. You can find out your new public IP address at www.whatismyip.com.

7. client interface at www.wifi-net.cz
since 23.12.2008 is turned off client interface where you could check your payments, download issued invoices etc. There will be introduce new client interface in January, we will inform you via email
